I have always enjoyed competing in sports and I am blessed to have a lot of support from family, friends, and all of the positive people in my life. I have been running since elementary school and still enjoy the sport. I was a competitive Cross Country and Track and Field athlete at George Mason University for four years. I was a walk-on during my first year as a George Mason Patriot. Through hard work and determination I earned an athletic scholarship.

After college I wanted to remain active in sports, but due to a disappointing senior year in college plagued by hamstring injuries, I knew that running competitively had to take a back seat. I decided to run distance races to stay in shape and to support different foundations.

In 2004, I decided to compete in my first bikini show. I have always been shy, so it was a challenge for me to step on stage with six inch heels and "strut" my stuff in front of a lot of people. Now I am hooked!!

Thanks again for visiting my site I am proud to be a Natural Figure Competitor and I am thrilled to meet a lot wonderful athletes/supporters while training, attending seminars, competing, and judging. My number one goal is to ALWAYS have FUN and everything else seems to fall in place . I am proud of my accomplishments and will continue to train hard!! It is a blessing to share my experience with others. Thanks to the support of my family, friends, and other athletes; I am able to be the "Best Me" that I can Be!!
